Beta Testers Program

NullShip is under active development and we want to make it as reliable as possible. If you find a bug, a broken feature, or something that doesn't work as expected, report it to us and we'll reward you with a discount on all your shipping labels for as long as the Beta Testers program remains active.

How to apply?

1. Have a minimum balance of 20€ loaded in your account
2. Open a support ticket requesting to join the Beta Testers program
3. Once approved, the discount is applied automatically to your account

What counts?

• Bugs in the label creation process (forms, validation, payments)
• Errors with specific carriers or routes
• UI issues on desktop or mobile
• Problems with the Tor/onion version of the site
• Any unexpected behavior

How to report?

Once you're part of the program, open a support ticket describing the issue. Include as much detail as possible: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots or screen recordings are welcome.

What do you get?

A discount of between 25% and 40% on all your shipping labels while the program is active. The exact percentage depends on the origin/destination country being tested. Confirmed and reproducible issues are rewarded more generously.

Small issues, big issues — everything helps. The more detail you provide, the better.
