NullShip is an intermediary platform that generates shipping labels from third-party carriers. We are not a carrier, we don't handle your parcels, and we don't operate any delivery network. We provide you with a label — what happens after you drop off the parcel is between you and the carrier.
You only need a username and a password to create an account. No email, no phone number, no ID. This also means there is no way to recover your account if you lose your credentials. We can't reset your password, and we can't verify you're the account owner. Keep your login details safe.
All payments are made in cryptocurrency (Monero, Bitcoin, or Litecoin). Crypto transactions are irreversible — once you send funds, they cannot be refunded. Your balance is converted to EUR at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Credits never expire but are non-refundable except in the case of label cancellations (see section 4).
We generate the label; the carrier handles the delivery. NullShip is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, seized, or returned by the carrier or customs. Label cancellations are only possible before the carrier scans the parcel. If cancellation is accepted, a 20% fee applies and the remaining 80% is credited to your balance after 31 days.
You are fully responsible for the contents of your parcels. We don't ask what you're shipping, we don't inspect packages, and we don't want to know. However, this also means we bear no responsibility if the contents of your shipment cause legal, customs, or carrier-related issues. You ship at your own risk.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data provided when creating a label, including sender and recipient names, addresses, postal codes, and phone numbers. If any of this information is incorrect, we are not liable for delivery failures, returns, or additional charges. We cannot modify a shipment once it has been created.
The weight and dimensions you declare when creating a label must match the actual parcel. If the carrier determines that the declared weight or dimensions differ from the real ones, you will be charged the difference between the declared and actual shipping cost, plus a 20€ penalty fee. This amount will be deducted from your account balance. If your balance is insufficient, your account will be suspended until the debt is settled.
NullShip does not collect real personal data. No email addresses, no phone numbers, no real names are required or stored. The clearnet mirror (nullship.eu) is a stateless proxy — no data is stored there. All user data lives exclusively on the onion server. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
Anomaly Hunter is an optional paid feature that reads publicly available carrier tracking data — the same information anyone can access with a tracking number. It does not inspect, open, or store information about the contents of your packages. The subscription costs a flat fee per 30-day period, charged from your NullShip balance. You can cancel at any time with no commitment. If your balance is insufficient at renewal, the subscription pauses automatically.
We reserve the right to suspend any account without prior notice. Reasons include, but are not limited to:
In the event of a suspension, any remaining balance in the account will not be refunded.
The referral program is intended for genuine recommendations. We reserve the right to disable referrals and revoke earned commissions if we detect abuse, including but not limited to: self-referrals, multi-accounting, or artificially inflating referral numbers.
If a carrier issues a chargeback or penalty against NullShip as a result of your shipment (for example, due to contents that violate the carrier's terms), the full cost of the chargeback will be deducted from your account balance.
The Burned Points City Checker is a shared intelligence tool for NullShip users. The data it provides is for your personal use only. Systematically extracting, sharing, or publishing City Checker data outside the platform may result in immediate account suspension.
NullShip does not provide legal advice of any kind. We do not advise you on the legality of what you ship, where you ship it, or how you ship it. Compliance with all applicable laws is entirely your responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years old to use NullShip.
NullShip is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, availability, or continuity. The service may experience downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. We do not guarantee that any specific carrier, route, or feature will remain available.
Suspend accounts, modify pricing, add or remove features, change carriers, update these terms, or shut down the service — at any time, with or without notice.
Guarantee that carriers will deliver your parcel. Recover lost passwords. Refund cryptocurrency. Intervene in customs seizures. Provide tracking beyond what the carrier makes publicly available.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of NullShip after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We don't send notifications about changes — it's your responsibility to check this page periodically.
